This is the time of year that my shipping department hates. There is an extra amount of work that need to get done to ensure products arrive in good condition. They have to assemble the coolers (Thank you, Kerri) and add the ice packs; all very necessary but cumbersome. Over the past 8 years we (think) we have perfected the fine art of shipping perishable food. It is not easy. One 105 degree day in TX can ruin any product, sometimes a package that is sent Next Day Air.
On other note, we just created the best cake pops for the MTV Movie Awards Celebrity Gifting Lounge. Aren’t they so cute? Lots of celebrities got to taste this decadent treat. I heard back from Lisa at Hollywood Baskets who said they were a huge hit. Why am I not surprised?

We are going to be testing out a new summer shipping promotion in the month of July. Every order that is more then 2 days in transit will get a free upgrade to 2nd day air. We think this will be very helpful to those that live in hot climates but still want our products. We will keep you posted.
